Topics for each of the eight weeks are:

1. How to create peace in mind, body, and soul.

2. How to pursue a friendship with your body.

3. How to use proper nutrition to fuel and heal your body.

4. Understand the 6 basic human needs, and how low level habits are holding you back from living at your higher level.

5. How to overhaul your diet in a gentle way that provides lasting (lifetime) results.

6. Understand your personal stress cycles, how you’ve been feeding them, and how to feed positive cycles instead.

7. Learn the truth about what motivates you, and regain self-control: you’ll know exactly where to find it.

8. The eighth week Zoom call will be open for questions, and making sure you have all the tools you need as we part ways. Believe me, this Bookend will come in handy.
